Minister of Defence

by Zeljko Heimer, 3 june 2001

From Album 2000 [pay00] - Minister of Defence (3:4) - Blue flag with white orle and white anchor in the middle. Similar flag was posted by Jaume for Secretary of the Navy with addition of a white star over the anchor. When was this used and in what relation to Minister of Defence?......
Also Jaume posted a blue flag with anchor for the Chief of Navy, not found in Album either. [geo17] gives this flag of the Secretary of Navy, though. Both those images are set to 3:4 ratio though in the sources they are not so.)
Zeljko Heimer, 3 june 2001

[geo17] show only four Cuban flags (as figures 469-473):
471 - Cuba Secretary of Navy (as MoD minus border)

Album 1995 contains all the images as in Album 2000, but it also have an image more. Under figure 6 it showes "Chief of the Army Staff" flag (translated title to match the English title of nr. 5 in Album 2000). That is blue flag with yellow square in the middle containing 4 blue stars, two and two.
